Shipping + Returns

Shipping

  • The cost of shipping is included in the sale price for each item.
  • Artists are handling shipping logistics, and VisArts will provide tracking numbers for customers when notified by the artist that items have been shipped.
  • If an artist offers local pickup to customers, it is noted clearly in the item description. Artists handle the logistics of local pickup with customers directly, so check the item description for contact info and shipping-refund instructions.
  • Sold products are expected to be shipped within two weeks of the completed sale unless otherwise noted (made-to-order items).
  • In rare cases artists are offering shipping discounts based on quantity or location. These are clearly marked in the item description and will be handled directly between the customer and artist.

 

Returns + Refunds

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of the items available at Craft + Design, purchases are typically not returnable or refundable. Any customer inquiries about returns will be handled between artist and customer. If a customer contacts VisArts regarding an item return, they will be connected with the artist.
